I will be hereby reporting any flashes that I suspect of plagiarism or theft with justified reasons. If I catch you uploading videos that I know someone else has made or is very similar to another video I will be reporting this on the forums and to one of the Newgrounds Moderators. I've been yelled at for being hypocritical for this by another user before; however, how can I be hypocritical when I have not uploaded a flash to Newgrounds? Newgrounds is not like Youtube where everything has to go through a legal process. If the artist decides to take action against you then so be it, but I'll be keeping an eye out for stolen content, and if I know who it belongs to they will be getting a PM.

NOTE: I'm not doing this to troll anyone, I'm doing it because even I had issues with theft of my material at one point. However, please mind you that this was back when I owned and operated a personal video game server in high school.
